MDMC - The idea here is good. Looks like a ghost to me, and the bottom pic is especially well done.

As much as I like it, the building doesnt do it for me. Hmmmm......... try it again with some revolutionary war memorial, with the 'ghost' dressed up in battle uniform. Fog would add to the shot. Since you're in MI, maybe you could seek out some war of 1812 (???) or related site. Snow would also add something to the photo.............................

I agree with GB1. The idea is a great one, but I as well would go for a different setting. I also noticed in the top right corner of the original image it looks like there is an airplane trail up there. You did a good job of making your subject look like a ghost.

Agree with all thats been said, A pipe (Smoking) would add to the current setup and possible a porch swing, or inside a church at the altar or on a church pew, so many ideas.

By the way I like the way you captured this.
