Technically it's quite good. I'd give it a 7/10 for composition, color, and sharpness (I think! It's pretty small, so it appears sharp).
Perhaps it could also use something else in it to spice it up. A flock of birds in the upper right side would have worked out nice -- too bad they dont cooperate w/o pay (birdseed).
