Hmm. A lot of contrast and softness in this one. What I do like is the use of black and white, always seems to work on shots which make you think.

Good timing on this one but I do agree with GB1 that there is a softness/focus problem.
Basically I like this, if anything were to change I would like to see more of the walkway in the foreground as the wall behind him at the top of the image doesn't add much.
MB1- By including the top, I captured a circle, and a square. A couple of graphic elements which help complete the composition. I think the focus would be too top heavy if I were to move the focal point down a little.
The image does not say anything to me. I do not feel as if there is anything going on here for me to continue looking, but, the way you set this up with the path of cobblestones leading to the walking man who is standing out strong in front of the white board . . . there is a good strong aesthetic quality to this which i find appreciation for. Soft? yeah , somewhat, but strong visually nonetheless.
