Very interesting shot, Tuna. I have no complaints. It really makes me wonder what in the world is going on. It sort of has a Pop Art feel to it.

    Re: Untitled

that was confusing till I figured out what was going on.

For some reason, it made me laugh, and then I find it even more amusing with the fact that it's an unfinished room, with only the entertainment set up...2 empty chairs...and a cow. Another excellent shot. Reminds me of some friends of mine, they have their home theatre setup projected on a white brick wall in their basement.

    Re: Untitled

It does have a pop art/comedy feel. Not sure about the dark chairs sitting there in the foreground. I guess the idea was that they could be looking at the screen (?) or the framed photograph..? Somehow I think it might be better with a tighter crop, or maybe even the other way and more ceiling.

    Re: Untitled

Well, I thought it looked like someone trying to convert their garage into a small theater using the laptop (and perhaps a rear projection projector?) as the movie source. But why we're watching the cow eludes me. Not that I mind... but longhorns would be more interesting.

    Re: Untitled

I get it!!!! The cow is very boring so no one wants to watch it that is why the chairs are empty?

Tuna, you are one strange dude!!

But I like your pictures, you are on of the most unique photographers ever! Keep up the good work.

    Re: Untitled

There's something strange about that cow. Why does it have a square hole in its left rear leg?
This is one of those shots people try to figure out for hours only to discover there is nothing to figure out. It is what it is.
I do think the chairs could stand a bit more exposure but otherwise its very fascinating.

    Re: Untitled

I think the square hole is a power outlet or something on the wall, because there is no screen yet, just a wall (because the screens are expensive dangit...nevermind the expense of an HD projector)

    Re: Untitled

I like it for its "off the wall" humor (pun intended ) It certainly makes one stop and take notice of it.

I do wonder about the choice of the cow - make me want to crawl in your head to find out. My preference would have been an image of a door, window, or meadow. But, hey, you thought of it first

To offer some explanation, this scene is shot as found - the photographer had nothing to do with the setup.

    Looks like some installation art.
I saw something similar in the Pompidou centre on our last visit.
