Superb.
The clearly visible background/backdrop is fantastic and the verticals of the windows add something that I cannot think of at the moment. A little more detail of his trousers would help me but it's more than likely my monitor. Great facial expression. "Waiting to see if I've passed" could be a title?

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
I really like this, in particular, the difference in background between your subject and the superb backdrop of the rest of the image, it is really effective, thanks for sharing!
Tuna,
This is almost an invisible man shot. He seems to blend in to the surroundings. Beautifully toned. Everything matches. Another great capture. Thanks for sharing.
There is something about that composition that I find to be unique. I'm not sure what it is, but I like the contrast of the modern interior with the older apartment building outside; I like the geometric rhythm; I like the "grain"; But, what I find to be haunting is the expression on your subject (helped by the lighting). Very nice.
Did you pose this, or is it a candid shot?

I love this photo!
First of all black and white is my favorite, and not many people (that I've seen online) can pull it off so nicely. I love the view from the windows and how the guy looks like of sad; like something bad happened. I just love this photo!
I think the comp is excellent and all the verticals in the picture makes it for me. The building in the distance with it's many windows creating vertical columns,, and their panes with vertical lines, as well flooring with its parallel lines. I agree with wanting more detail in the pants, but i think this can be tweaked out in ps if you wanted to.
Good shot
I can't agree more with the possitive comments expressed by people here. That composition is striking. The guy kinda look crucified, there is even that "magical halo" arround him. Great light.
The one thing I cannot see in this picture is the "crucified" idea. I do see a man, alone in a large environment, quiet relaxed but in deep (but not unhappy) thoughts, wondering what to do next and I dont mean to take the jump. The three black uprights add some nice contrast to the background but I would be happier if they were equal in thickness. I agree with Gary about the lines in the flooring.
