    Smile Twin yellow flowers...

    Hi,

Here’s a shot of two flowers that I took a few days ago. The gray bars are part of a wire fence. What do you think of this picture, does it work? (It's unedited, except for the text and resizing).

And please, don’t download my photos without my permission.

    Re: Twin yellow flowers...

    Here's my two cents:

Well, I find your copyright watermark distracting. The image that is showing also is kind of small, so, together with your watermark overlapping the main subject, it makes it difficult to really look at the flowers, the subject of interest in this photo I suppose. Anyhow, from what I can see, the flower on the right is out of focus. I'd say if you want to show the two flowers together as twins, perhaps having them in focus would be better. As for the wire in the background, I think you should consider getting rid of it unless it's there for a purpose, given that it is showing up like a cross between the flowers. You can also crop some space from the top.

Yep, flowers are out of focus, or at least that's what it looks like. The watermark is distracting as AE mentioned. The wire doesn't bother me, though I would have tried to frame the wire with he flowers, like a picture frame.

Thanks for your opinions, shootme and AgingEyes.

The flower on the right is indeed a little blurry on the far end, but I think that it is acceptably sharp in the near side.

I have replaced the attached picture with one that is slightly larger and without the big text. You're right, it was distracting.

    Re: Twin yellow flowers...

This makes it already much better, the flower on the right still looks a bit our of focus. I like the idea of what you've captured...for me it's artistic, well done.
    Shootme...
