Composition is nice, although the watermark in the middle of the pic kind of takes a way from it a little. ;)
Clouds are blown out and the really hot highlights on the building on the right are a bit distracting. Now that I'm playing with hdr I feel like I suggest it for everything, but to get the details in the clouds and highlights and maintain the details in the buildings, this is the kind of shot hdr would help a lot I think.
I'd like to see this tilted down a bit to get just a little bit more of the buildings, while keeping some room above them. Also, I think you'll find it beneficial to crop some from the left.
I like how the sun is reflecting off the right hand building and how the buildings arent centered. Good blue sky and parallel lines by the buildings.
