    Triangle - Squared Circles

I spotted these parking lot lights yesterday but couldn't get too close so this is at a 12x zoom while holding the camera against the top of my open car window.

I am intrigued by this view of the light fixtures. The crop (and perhaps the viewing angle) isn't ideal but there is the start of a good photo here.

Good sharpness for handholding at that zoom. I like the framing here, and the bg really compliments the lights. This is an interesting image. I don't believe there is anything you could do to improve upon it. nicely seen and executed

Thanks for taking the time for a critique MB, now I'm going to get greedy and ask for more of it.
Here's the full frame of that shot. Would you mark (or make) your suggested crop(s)? I always like to see others' interpretaions of my shots.
Do you think the viewing angle would be improved by being more or less stright on- higher or lower?

Thanks Gary. I have the built in image stabilization of the Panasonic F20 to thank for that sharpness. I have trouble hand holding a camera at normal focal lengths without it. When I get to where I want to by an SLR, I think I'll have to be looking at Konica-Minolta for that reason.

ahh, IS surely the wave of the future. Konica Minolta has it right by having it in-camera,, making all lenses IS. I am about to oreder the new Canon 70-300 IS lens. Third generation IS with a 3 stop benefit.
