    Tree Star

    The sky is to intense and takes away from the subject. It is better to catch it when the sun is just at the horizon. Usually when the sun is where you have placed it is already to early/late to do anything with it. Detail in the sky would have done much more here.

    The sky IS really intense and the branches that come across are splitting the image so you really can't focus on just one thing. It's just a bit too overwhelming in my opinion. I read the title and immediately thought of The Land Before Time hehe. #247 is in the making now I'm sure. But I loved that movie when I was little.
