    Trash lagoon

This was a grab shot on my way back to the truck after shooting other stuff. FujiMugs challenge this month is "killing the planet" and I thought it fit the theme well enough so it became one of my entries. (already submitted so any comments aren't going to help it do better in the challenge)

I find myself wanting to see more of what is out of the frame on the right.
    No, I DON'T need that.

I don't know but it would be great if there were a Fuji mug lying in the mud.

I think this would be good if you rotated right, and shot the tire on the bottom about like it is here, but looking over more water, as opposed to straight into a bank, that leads nowhere.

    Just saying.

The only difficulty with that is there isn't really anything to see shooting out over the water, as the light was coming from the opposite direction (see attached). I chose the angle with the mangroves, as they are an extremely important yet extremely fragile part of the ecosystem (one of the very few plants in the world that can actually thrive on salt water).

I like the original Jet. It just works for me, I like how the tire (I think that's wht it is) is cut off on the left and the log on the apposite side sorta balances that out. I just think the original composition works much better.

I'm with Leels, the second is too blown out on the right and the over adjustment top right doesn't work. #1 works fine, it leave's something to the imagination. S
