The image of 2 men on the bench has too much contrast and too many harsh shadows. Looks like a good moment to catch but it needed a fill flash. Don't be afraid to turn on your flash in the middle of the day. It makes all the difference in the world!
In the image of the man smoking I wish he had been in focus as well as the focus of the image instead of the trash can. The light and the smoke wreathing his head would have been a really dynamic image. Also stepping around to catch more of his face. Just tips for next time.
