Captured on July 4. The event was a Balloon Festival in Battle Creek, MI. The wife and I got caught up in this while following the chase teams.

wow, they stopped right there in the road? Cool shot, I like it! Chase teams? How many chase teams does each balloon need?

Anbesol..........actually, they had to come down short of their goal, because they were in a secure area (Mich. ANG base), so most of the balloonists chose to land on a spur of I-94, and small parking lots...........wherever they could, basically. We were following the chase teams (one per balloon, I think), and so did a lot of other folks. I got some great shots in close.
