    Everything works for me in this photo except the face. This is disturbing, The effect is making her appear aged and young at the same time. The edges of her face and the areas under her eyes suggest advanced age but not gracefully. I think doing this type of effect requires softer transition areas.

    hmm--thanks reverb. I guess I just settled on using this shot with the movement and the overexposed sky behind.

    I like this one for the colors and the blur.

    Since you added the sun I suggest you place it lower and make the image a square format. That would end up with her face in the perfect thirds of the image and give a really nice old time feel to the image.
    No, I DON'T need that.
