    Town clock

This clock is in the center of our town. Should I crop some at the bottom? If I had tried to expose the shurb more would it have overexposed the clock?

I agree with your crop idea...I think I'd crop to remove the wall. You could crop some off the right as well, maintianing the aspect ratio and moving the subject a bit off center.
I think your exposure is pretty good - the bush isn't an important subject. You could have even a bit less light, saturating the brick tower and sky a bit more.
This is a beautiful subject. Are there any trees nearby that could act as a frame for the tower/clock on one side?

In my opinion, since there is not much space above the tower, so cropping any more off the bottom would make the picture seem cramped.

As far as exposure, you're already starting to lose some detail in the top of the tower where it is white, so exposing it any more would be bad IF you want the detain up there.

But with that angle you have there, the tower seems to have a sense of authority over everything else, I like it alot

I'm not sure about the trees. I will have to go back and look, but it's a great idea.
