    I'm not feeling the terror.
    Slightly off vertical, and out of focus, but not terrified.

    The tower doesn't do anything for me either. Maybe with a tripod it would have come across better.

    Now the second image I think is pretty cool. I don't think it's full impact can be seen at this size. This would be one that would need to be in a poster size for all the detail to come across, I think.

    I like both of them in their own way although I don't find these terrifying (I'd rather say odd and gloomy which I like).

    I take the tower as it is with the tilt and the bluriness. I can't say if it was intentional or not but it suit the mood of the picture.

    The second one is my favorite. I really enjoy it. I like how you composed it with a lot of sky and the tonalities are interesting.
