    Total Surprise!

Caught my youngest by surprise the other day..... was just using my Canon p&s but think I caught the moment pretty well...... I do wish the background was something better then my kitchen but hey, you don't always pick where your shots happen.....

So, is there anything else I can do to make this picture look better given what I have to work with?

What a doll! Nice little snapshot. Sometimes I try out the BW and sephia version to help offset the background. Your eyes pull towards the little fishtank in the background, but maybe if there was a lack of color it wouldn't do that? She's too cute BTW

I'd try some cropping....just to edge of chair on left, then balance on right and top.
