Tolerance

B+W all the way. The colors don't do much for me, as it basically looks like three colors: building, sky, wall. In b+w, the "Tolerance" tag really pops out.

I think the wall looks curved because it is curved. Following the bend in the river or road.

It may actually be several walls built over 50 years or so along the old Georgetown waterfront. Now they all have the same finish on the water side but on the shore side they zig-zag all over the place and you can still see the original materials.
