awesome! this is a fantastic thread for any beginning photographer, just to show that the best images don't come from one shoot. they are a progression of concepts and reshoots. That last image is very nice.

livin4lax09 - absolutely right. Photography, like any art form, requires patience. Sure, we all get the lucky shot now and then, but mostly it's hard work to get the vision in your head onto the paper.

Just to finish this all off, this is the final version. I can't change it any more as I submitted it yesterday (along with two other pictures).

It also shows what a helpful bunch you can find on this forum.
