Thanks very much for the comments. I appreciate it/them very much. I'm not sure what the last flying shot was, you have a better memory than me. The lens was/is a Tamron AF XR Di 28-300.
If this was shot in RAW I'd try to bring the exposure down a little in Adobe CameraRaw. There is an hot spot on the gull. That's a shame because other than that, the technical execution is really good.
I like the strong contrasts and how the water came out.
Thanks for the comment/suggestion. It was shot in jpg and I have done everything I know to tone down the hot spot without compromising the rest of the image. Blast it anyway!!
