For some reason I find this very tranquil, perhaps because of the view over the harbour or the way you have capture the lady motionless talking on the phone.
The tonal range is good and I don't mind the bright outside.

Could possibly work also without the lady's presence. I'm not too sure about the lady being in silhouette in this instance. Maybe a little detail? Again a great photo.

Very nice Yoyo, wonder if it might have been improved with the entire reflection of the figure in the shot. I really like the view through the grid and the strong vertical 'jenga' lines! Where is this?
Yes, I agree about the reflection. Either all of it or less (and risk putting her too close to the edge of the frame). As it is (nearly half) I'm left feeling that the image is not complete.
