    Question Thoughts on this portrait

I see her hand needs to be out of the picture because it looks large, but other than that tell me your thoughts on this portrait I done. Of course I had to adjust the lighting in PS and the softness, because I haven't mastered nothing on my studio lights yet.
Thanks for your time and critiquing

The Eyes kinda stand out too much for my liking, same with the lips. And the background takes my eye away from the subject. A little heavy on the softness, But other than that your fine.

I find the portrait with all the should be bright colors flat or dull, and dark. I'm also agree with you that the hand distracts from the portrait but you should be able to correct the darkness and up the contrast a little.

I personally like the softness, but I tend to like the overdone. LOL. And I think her eyes and lips are fine. The light is a bit flat but the color is good. The framing is a bit tight but I'm guessing you were trying to get rid of the background which is distracting and at odds with the "soft and ethereal" feel you seem to have been going for. Definitely try it again.

It's too small for me to properly critique it. Can you post a larger size?

A brighter photo and a closer crop to remove the hand and background design may help the shot. Fill the frame with the subject's face and flowers. Should be a nice improvement.
