How can you not love a dog shot?? I like the way you captured his head up and his eyes looking upward, and the tree shadow on the fence gives the reason why. My nitpicks would be the sunlight spots coming through the fence on the right, Barney could be just a tad more in focus, and the my biggest nitpick would be the fence posts and stringers aren't plumb and level -- and, in a perfect world, that harsh shadow line wouldn't be on his hindquarters. It sounds like I just picked it apart -- but really, it's got more going for it than not, I think. Good job, alik! Post some more!
