Don - the top two have an interesting a simpleness about them. The are oversharpened. The saturation is pretty, but I wonder if it's too much - was it really like that? The bottom one, you are not going to get away from the fact that the horizontal pole cuts across your subject. Sor-ry! Perhaps if you got up closer on that one..

Darn, you have gone back to overprocessing.

I like the second images as a really strong graphic view of nature and man. The colors are good too. But the processing.........
    No, I DON'T need that.

    Re: Things that Abstract Themselves

it could just be my crappy monitor, but there looks to be quite a bit of noise in the sky of all three pictures. I too like the over saturation sometimes...but I find that if I scale it back just a bit from what I think is "cool" then it is more pleasing for others.

I'm not real hip on the first one...it is a good shot...but it seems like it needs something. Some sort of focus or some such thing.

The second is really cool! I love the colors -the over saturation thing (it is a bit strong on this one

The third is also nice, with the exception of the bar.

I am learning to really love your ideas the more I see them! Nice work!
