The overall color is a little dull and I would like a bit wider image (I do like the height here) to show a bit more of the "new" in relationship to the "old".
I don't know if this being Tel Aviv is important to your image but I can't tell by looking at this where in the world it is. Could be just about any city in a temprate clime.
i agree with MB's points. I think a little more punch in the color might help but definitely needs either a wider shot for the contrast OR finding something you can close in on that also gives the contrast (say fretwork agains polished steel and glass background, that sort of thing).
