    Tasting the Rain

    Let me know what you think! This (along with the others I will post eventually) weretaken today at the botanical gardens... we got caught in a little rainshower, but I think it made for some interesting photo ops.

    The first thing I did when I saw this shot was SMILE. I like her awkward pose, and the rain in midair. Although It did keep me wanting to see her little face, it's a very cute capture. Such a little girl!!

    Nice capture Kate.

    Most of us can relate to the feeling of excitement or "freedom" when feeling the rain on one's cheeks. This younster was obviously enjoying the moment and the taste of the rain.

    I think you have captured the "feeling" of the moment most excellently. Your black and white rendition suits the scene well.
    Focus on the positive!
