    I afraid the only way to get this to work is some pretty major surgery. I would crop half off the top and 25% off each side to start, then do some highlight/mid-tone/shadow adjustments and maybe even use a burn brush to try to introduce some more detail into the bench, and lastly, that specular highlight on her cheek (just below the glasses) would need to be addressed. Don't mean to sound so harsh, but you've done some really nice work since you started posting here and this one just seems to be an awful lot of work to try and whip it into shape.

    I agree. There is too much irrelevant detail. Just crop around the woman pick up shadow detail and reduce the glare of highlights.

    Major surgery is an under statement I woke up at 6 am and played with it until 2 pm. after getting a very bad headache, took a break from it for about 4 hours. and the only conclusion is a simple crop. See the post after next..

    I even tried cutting the bench apart and reworking it. with no help.
    So I did a simple crop.

    I used some sharpeningtechniques and reduced highlights, increased shadows. One problem is the image is out of focus.
