I like the layour but there are a few things that bother me:

clicking to enter --why? people are lazy are there is no reason to do this
2 links to blue reise --obsessive compulsive disorder? must repeat everything twice?
news link didnt work
links to places like firefox and google --this is irrelavent

Interesting site with plenty of interesting photos, but you might want to think about posting maybe one or two at a time here, instead of giving people a link to a website. It's easier for the forum members to critique your work on an individual photo or two, rather than having to click on a link, open the site, scroll thru pictures, etc...
That said there are a couple of your surfing pictures that show good action. The colors on some of the paintball shots are real good. I didn't have time to get to each one in depth, so can't go into detail.

Though the paintballing picture you posted doesn't do anything fancy for me, your surfing one is great IMO. A wonderful layering of people and wonderful composition and colors!
