Sunset with green hills, clouds, photostitched.

Didnt have a wide angle lens on me (Mt Biking...as if I'd carry around an slr!), so i took 2 images in portrait mode and stitched them together, Just had to have all those clouds along with some of the green hills.

Some of the first pictures taken with my Canon A510.

The seam is right down the middle, I can only see it when it hits the hills.

EDIT: Here's the image i forgot to upload

I can't see where they're stitched but then again I am viewing this from a laptop on a small screen. Either way, I do think you did a great job here and love the time of day you captured as well as the lovely dramatic sky. I'm a big fan dramatic skies. You should print and frame this.

Though I love how you stitched them together (I can barely tell), this picture just isn't that moving for me. The foreground seems awfully dark for me, and the dark green just doesn't do much for me. Also, the clouds just don't hold my interest. Sorry if i'm sounding harsh, but its just not working for me.

    Just my two cents,

The clouds are nice, and the setting sun really adds to the pictures, but overall, it doesn't do much for me.

As for the stitching. I wish you wouldn't have told us where the seam is... now my eyes go right to the middle looking for it. It's not real noticable, but I can follow it all the way thru the image. Had I not known where to look, that might be a dif. story.

The photo is not as exciting as it is named.
