    Sunset in Canyonlands

Another shot of this scene. Might be a tad tight...

Great light and composition. I think this would work well in BW as well, but increase tone mapping to get some really nice contrast in the rocks (even if one 1 shot, psudo HDR should work).

Oh I really like this shot, how the plateau seems to burst out of the ground. Triumphant.
    No complaints, bravo!

Love the colors, textures, perspective and composition. I really get a majestic feel.
Makes me want to research how it was formed.
    Very nice.

Wow, this is a great shot!
It is so sharp, the natural colors, the levels, contrast, absolutely beautiful.

I love it GB. Much better than the others. Sharp, detail from top to bottom, great lighting, ect. Nice.

    Re: Sunset in Canyonlands

Thanks everyone. I purposely didn't mention that it's an HDR. The middle range shot looks ok too, but you can't see foreground detail as well. I did a ton of HDRs on this trip and am still processing them ... I don't know if there's a gene that some people have for fast post processing - I don't have it if there is

I actually left adequate space around it, as I like to give my subjects a little room. But it was also tilted, and fixing that removed a lot of the space. Glad to hear that it looks sharp. That's something that can take a hit in HDRs..

Beautiful, a stunning photo. I agree about it being a bit tight in the crop, but nonetheless it still works.
great light, exposure and the mild HDR is a winner here.
    Fantastic
