    Sunrise

Taken today at sunrise. Posted a similar picture (B&W) a while back. This time though, there happened to be a tractor parked... also now I have a much wider lens than before.

Any feedback / suggestions would be welcomed, and feel free to edit--but only upload as an attachment in this thread.

I'm wondering if the tractor maybe is a little too close to the buildling?

    Re: Sunrise

    Very nice scene, Alex.
I think you could crop half the sky and make it a semi-pano but not sure it would be better, just different.
If you can bring out the land half and tone down the sky a little, I think it would have better balance but I'm not sure how one would do that.
    Keep Shooting!

Fantastic. No suggestions needed, i don't think. I might have tried to saturate the sky with a little more reds/oranges, but that might not even work, let alone even be necessary.

Great shot. I particularly like the shades green in the grass.

    Re: Sunrise

Alex - I'd simply it a bit, cropping off the bottom left tree (and one above it) by removing part of the left side. Then I might darken it a tad. Nice catch.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Frog, this shot has already had the DR streched, as various exposures were also blended in. I like the idea of a different crop, it works for me.

Great suggestion. Don't know how I overlooked that tree on the left. :blush2:

I see nothing to complain about, except for the tree in the left corner.
I would like to see that one done in HDR format.

    Re: Sunrise

I love the scene and the mood here but I'm just feeling as if there was too much done to try to lighten and bring detail to every area of the scene. Darkness is ok and can help bring more depth and mood. I also like the soft pastel like colors here. The diagonal lines of the clouds shooting from the horizon and out of the frame adds dynamic . Great spotting and nice capture.

    Re: Sunrise

better, but I really think it would be a stronger composition to actually crop some off the left rather than just cloning out the tree. I'd darken it a little too.
