    Put this over on nature/wildlife forum, but wanted to put it on here and see what everyone thinks. All comments welcome.

    Just a wee bit too cropped for my liking.I would like to see the top and bottom of this tree. Otherwise lovely picture and colours are delightful.

    Thanks, Robert. That was cropped in camera actually by zooming in. Here is another shot taken a little earlier that shows the tree, and colors, a little better.

    Hello Srobb,

    I too prefer the second picture over the first one for the composition and the deeper colors.
    That being said, I have thought that a square crop could works with your picture.

    Here is my take on it.

    Seb, like the square crop you did. That looks pretty good.

    And again, I agree with Seb! Beautiful shot! I can't really tell if it's that the tree is out of focus or that it seems that the saturation is somewhat less than black and making it seem fuzzy.
