This is the first time I have ever seen one this pronouced. it is from the Ice crystals in the cloulds refracting the light. and No it is not upside down. ther e were 3 visible But I could not fit them all in the one picture. ther is a little bit of the 2nd on showing in the picture and it is going opposite of the main one.
