    shot with the nikon d50 ,curious about the composition.

    I didn't add any color to this shot,the background is just a dirt road.it was shot in a shaded area.

    Good composition and simplistic. Better dof of the plant would help make the image stronger.

    Yes, DOF needs to be deeper. I wish the background was either darker or lighter, for as it is here it is too close in color and tonality to the plant. Some reflected supplemental lighting on the plant would also help. -GB
