Look slike a model car. What's that in the back - looks like a blow-up doll?

Mark, the car is beautiful and I like the image because of the very unusual angle and, I assume, PS editing around it?. Yes, this looks like a model car almost in such an unrealistic setting, and LL had me rolling with the Blow up doll question. It does look like a doll or heavy naked person in the back seat, but looking closer I think it is a stuffed bear or pigs head we see in the rear window

Lava Lamp, Gary, I think it looks like a model too. there were 2 cars in the lot that I cloned out, but there wasn't enough blacktop to clone in so I blurred everything around the car.
It's a very large teddy bear. The car is at a motel.I would never go to a motel and leave my blowup doll in the car! ,
    Thank you for your comments,

That's great, I thought it was a matchbox at first as well. Nice job!
