Exquisite light on her face. Her body look both graceful (top half) and awkward (left leg) at the same time, which defines a dancer, perhaps.

I think this classic photo cries out for black & white, or perhaps sepia and I would darken the top left shadows. Perhaps even add some vignetting.

I did notice her foot until I was processing the image ... wish it was aligned to her right leg

I have already added some vignetting but kept it discrete, maybe add some more ?

regarding b&W I tried and have not been able to obtain a conversion that I like

Good. Contemplative expression, interesting lighting, and decent sharpness. A tighter crop though would give more of a personal feeling; try removing the area behind her and a bit off the top.
