I like the middle one best. Top has dramatically lines, but ultimately I wish there was more going on. The tilted perspective of the bottom is attention-grabbing at first, but ultimately just has me tilting my head trying to figure out if it would be a good picture without the twist. The middle has the dramatic silhouette of the bridge against the surprise playfulness of women taking a picture in the middle. Putting the bridge at the bottom with more sky on top would not have been the obvious choice (at least to me) and works really well.
