Stormy Sky

A shot from yesterday as a storm blew in. The sky went dark in a matter of 45 min and then after the storm it took about the same length of time to clear. The storm dumped a months worth of rainfall in just over a half an hour. I managed to find a hole in the sky as it blew over and took the shot. I like the dramatic feel of the sky. What do you think?

I thought that about the copyright also... but it is hiding a section of road that was even more distracting... and too hard to crop out or clone out.

Jay, it looks like you had a real downpour there. Seems too dark, but storm clouds will do that. Interesting capture. I don't know if I like the hole in the clouds or not.

They do look threatening.
The problem with sky photos is they can't be big enough unless your in a place with a large panorama.
This photo has some clouds and some trees...nothing to catch my eye.

I like it in general, but it seems to be missing something - lightning, something in the foreground, ... Might be good material for a collage shot. Keep it. -GB
