    Still life/suspended light - number 2

Here this shot is again, looking a little bit better than last time. I think this one is the good one that I will keep. I dont think it can get much better.

Does the area of "radiated light" just underneath the bulb look alright? Or do you even notice it without me telling you it is there? It looks very real to me...

That's pretty neat. How'd you do it?

It's quite nice, but obviously not real. With the light bulb white, and not yellow, there's no way it can cast that pool of tungsten yellow light. That kind of light woudl come from a more focussed light, perhaps a spotlight or a desk lamp (luxo,. anglepoise).
the angle of the light, seemingly pointing a little toward the viewer doesn't match the shadow direction below which is away form the viewer.

I'm not sure how you can tell that the light is pointing toward the viewer, but in reality, the bulb was closer to the camera than the flowers, so if the light actually were making its own light, the direction of the shadow cast by the flowers is pretty accurate.

It's aslo meant to be a bit of a mysteroius shot, so I really wasn't looking for everything to look completely real, obviously with the floating bulb. Overall, I think this is the final shot since setting up the shot again would not be easy.
