That last would be great with a bit less exposure, I like the idea.
Strange to think it for a night photo, but if you've run out of f-stops you might even need a neutral density filter to darken it.
I took a similar style shot to the last one, the other night. It was a chopper pulling up to a stoplight - sadly a taxi got in the way before the exposure completed and screwed up the whole thing As you seem to have the access, I'd encourage you to try this one again. Talk one of the guys into pulling the truck out of the garage slowly and coming to a stop (so the light streaks don't continue out of the frame) or alternatively sitting for a few seconds and then backing into the garage. This could be an awsome shot!
