I've come back to this a couple of times and I sort of like it a little more each time. The weeping willow and the weeping water sort of relate to each other as does the twist of the amazing bark on the tree and the twist of the statues 'clothing'.
It's just a very attractive image.

Nice picture. The colours are beautiful and the texture in the tree is lovely.
One thing that might make this outstanding photo is if there was more separation between the bowl of the fountain and the line of flowers either higher or lower which depends on the position your in. A little more separation to the tree would also help.
Still a nice pleasing image.
