The image as a whole is too dark, the highlights are blown so the statue in the center has no detail and the image seems tilted left to right.

As with your boat photo (which is much better) you shot this too late after sunset so the range of brightness between the dark and lit parts of the image are too broad for a camera. Again the cure is to either shoot while there is still some light from the sky or to get closer to the main subject and correctly expose for that main subject.
