    Stained Glass

    Hi all

This is some stained glass from a church I visited on Saturday (as part of a forum shoot with a couple of other forum members from this part of the world). There were three panels - to make the triptych I removed the tops and bottoms, and retained the main figures.

As always, any comments are very welcome.

    Cheers
    Mike

I wish there was a better light source behind the panels to make the reds, yellows and blues to glow. As it is the whole thing is just too white for me.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Very clean and nicely presented too. I'm not a big fan of straight on stained glass window shots; they always seem a bit dead and sombre. I prefer to see them in their surroundings, preferably with the light coming through.
Having said that this is well done but as MB says the glorious colours need to pop a little.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
