Looks like a painting, Tuna. Very nicely done. The clouds look very painted in and unusual, but in a good way. Inclusion of the bird on the post is good.
That is a very cool image, but the clouds look a little strange (maybe noise?).
Thanks, Copy Kot - yes, my scanner tends to scan clouds badly when using color negative film and the grain (the old fashioned way of saying "noise") isn't easily controlled, even in grain reducing software...so I've done a quick and dirty removal of the clouds and re-posted.
I was just about to say where are the clouds in the sky, because I can see them in the water and hey presto you answered it.
I would have loved to see the clouds in the sky.
Looks like a nice place where have all the boats gone?

I've put the clouds back in the sky. As Roger mentions, the reflections are a problem. Also, the image seemed too sterile without them.
I've re-scanned the negative using Nikon's built in grain removal (instead of doing it afterwards in Neat Image) with, hopefully, a bit better results in the sky.
Interesting to see the wind effects on the sea. Must have been a slight breeze in places.
