Spring time Crocus's

while out on our expedition today deep in the woods,we came across the newly arrived wild growing crocus's, such a pretty little wild flower indeed .

Those beautiful prairie crocuses! Tiny flowers so important in prairie lore. I think the first shot misses the mark but the second one is gorgeous.

I sort of like the composition of the first image but agree with Don that the second is better.

I think the placement of the blossom in the first image is good but there is way too much empty frame. Both of these would likely improve with some cropping.
