You have to host the pic somewhere online then do an image tag of where the pic is hosted.

Here is an example of what an image tag looks like, leave out the *. To get the link to the photo you are trying to post once you have the photo hosted and opend up to the size you want it right click on the pic then go to properties, the it should bring up something says location and gives a url address of the pic. Highlight and copy the whole url then insert it between the image tags.

When put together with and actual link to a hosted pic you get something like this

When you click Reply (In this case) under the blue bar "Additional Options" click the Upload Photos button. Thats where you can upload them from
