    Splashdown!

Tried something different today, a bit out of my comfort zone, but it was fun - the local bark park...

These are fun, Jet. The first two seem a bit on the green/yellow color side. Love that last shot

The first, one I wish had a little more space behind the tail of the dogs.
The second one, Wish it was a little sharper, but I like it
The third one, should be printed and hung up.

Very bright and fun pix here Jet. The top one is funny because at first I thought you captured a pic of a bear jumping into the water. It and the bottom ones are really nice. The bottom is dreamy and could be used as the cover of a magazine or Tom Sawyer type book. Nice work

    Re: Splashdown!

Thanks for the comments guys, this was part of a meet-up outing with a very casual group. It's more about the camaraderie than anything else. Never shot jumping dogs before, so I tried to apply what I had learned about shooting moving race cars - quickly learned to ditch that in favor of faster shutter speed  Shots 2&3 were processed with NIKs Focal point, and Color Efx Pro (glamour glow) respectively.

Icicle, I was just damn happy to get all of both dogs in the same frame! Though I agree a little breathing room to the left side of the frame would have been optimal.

It almost looks like you zoomed during the exposure on the 2nd one. I like #3.
