I took this at the local falconary centre, the clouds were in and out all day it effected the shutter speed, If i went into manual to make it a fast shutter speed to sharpen the shot would i then have to adjust the iso and apature?

the blur doesn't seem to be motion blur, I think the problem is that it is out of focus, and yes, if you wanted to make your shutter speed faster, you would have to either, use a larger aperture, or use a higher ISO. Exposure is like trying to fill a glass with water exactly to the top, without overflowing and not to little, there are three things that affect this, a. how big the glass is, b. the water pressure (or how big the faucet is) and c. how long you leave the faucet open. if you leave the faucet open for less time, the glass won't be full and therefore you have to either, have a bigger faucet (stronger water pressure) or have a smaller glass. BTW if you didn't understand, the amount of time you leave the faucet open is the shutter speed, the size of the glass is the ISO and the water pressure (or faucet size) is the aperture.
