Well Frog, I'd get that "emp" out of the way. It's distracting and seems to block more than add (imo..). I like the b & w, different twist, but maybe a tad more contrast would help distinguish the objects against the clouds.

The big bulky think needs to be less to give the bottom of the tower room to breathe. This could be done by moving closer.
Seems to be over sharpened as well.

The EMP is certainly an interesting building. I like this shot, but I only think that the EMP is too tall in the shot, and if possible, would like to see the space needle tower higher above in the shot, and see a little bit less of the EMP. I'm not sure if that is possible, but if it is, it might be worth a try. I like how the sky looks in this one. Good job.
