    Soft and Blue

Need a stepstool to get to the viewfinder for this shot.

I'm getting better at controlling the softness of this lens on macro settings.
It can make for some very smooth bokeh.
    What do you think?

I think what you were trying here is very nice and it mostly works. I think the part in focus needs to be just a tad sharper, but this seems very hard to pull off.

Pretty nice. Wish it had more room at top and right. Sounds like it was difficult to compose though.

Where'd you get the Sears lens? I frequently look for one for a Nikon but without luck.

    Thanks for the comments.
White flowers are always a tough shot on a bright day.

Frog? This was the first lens I bought on Ebay. I paid around $70.
Even got it stuck on my camera as it's a PKR mount.
Seems a might high but the lens and case are perfect.

This type of images have never been my "favorites" but this one is very nice and appealing to my senses. Love the colors and the mood it evokes.

Thanks BlueRob.... That means a lot.
Some see flowers as a boring subject. I like that challenge.

Love the colors and "softness". Wish there were more room on the top.
    No, I DON'T need that.
