    Too small

It looks like a great photo opportunity. I sure wish the photo was bigger so I could see it better. I like to make images for the Web about 600 pixels on the long dimension. That's a good compormise for viewing on a computer monitor and file size.

The little criticism I can offer at this size is that I wish the wheels of the cart hadn't been cropped. The whole image feels a little unplanned and haphazard. I expect that's because it was unplanned. But just because you have to act fast doesn't mean you can't plan at all or compose well. Practice makes perfect. Composition is something that once you learn comes easy and naturally.

The most important thing about this image is that you were there with your camera and you took the picture. I think it could have been a lot better, but that doesn't mean it's no good. This is a neat scene and you got it on film (or digital). Good job. But next time slow down a little and try to put together a complete image and not just get the subject in the frame. And post them a little bigger too, please.

    I would crop left side.

I would, right or wrong, remove the balloons from the left side, they are not strong enough to add to the shot. Your eyes would not wonder to that side while exploring the cart.
